At A Bronze Age, we want you to love your handcrafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier of your choice to send the package back to our Vancouver studio.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
